Today, Indonesia's businesses need to be smarter after a big lesson from economic crisis in 1997 which had collapsed many large corporations and medium companies , and to be more prepared as the era of globalization coming rapidly where competition in the country not only involving domestic companies but alsoglobal/international companies.
Financial resources in the market today are only available for the companies which have proven to have good performances and they know how to compete in their respective market to secure their market shares. Lenders or investors are very selective in providing funding to companies which do not have clear strategies for their competition. Strategic resources that owned by companies might become useless to achieve their goals whenever the companies operate without clear and sharp business strategies required to outperform their competitors.
Implement lever, to realize business strategies set out by the companies, are major issues within the companies today which areas that may create slowness and weakness in operating the companies to achieve their goals, thus the companies have to take serious attentions for making improvements in this area. Organization, Human resources, Work Process, and technology are those the elements of implement lever that every company must have to work out on their targets from time to time.

Edward Simangunsong – Principal
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics major in Accountancy from University
of Indonesia (1981), and a fellow in Magister Management program in Finance from
Sahid University (1996) and taking up his Post Graduate School of Faculty of Economy at the University of Indonesia on Strategic Management from 2006 to the present.
He has various experiences in industry and services with an exposure in finance,
accounting and management for over 25 years ; both domestic and international. He
was placed in a senior position during his services with companies to look after
controller-ship, administration, personnel , and EDP.
He started consulting business activities from 1992 and had been involved in many
engagements such as Pre-IPO advisory, restructuring of organization and HR
development, corporate and debt; debt financing; business review; share valuation;
HR assessment, and transaction management. He finalized a number of debt restructuring with Indonesian Bank for Restructuring Agency (IBRA) during the economic crisis.
Ghandi Heryanto – Associates Partner, Manufacturing
He has Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from the University of Padjajaran in Bandung he also has a Diploma in Management Business Administration majoring in Finance from Prasetiya Mulya Business School. He has gained numerous working experiences in a number of manufacturing companies in fields such as Pharmaceuticals, Textile, Glasses, Property and Services.
